Delivery in Ukraine

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Free delivery to any Nova Poshta branch.

Courier delivery via Nova Poshta is available at the customer’s expense.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number (TTN).

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original seals, factory tags, and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to process a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
