Delivery in Ukraine
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Free delivery to any Nova Poshta branch.
- Courier delivery via Nova Poshta is available at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original seals, factory tags, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to process a return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
